This PPK Ice Luge was designed for Marco Pierre White’s restaurant awards ceremony at the Hilton Hotel. The theme was James Bond and this went down a storm for all the revellers.

These stunning Red Rose ice blocks were created for 81 ltd as part of the launch of their new menu. We welcome commissions and love working together with the drinks industry to create bespoke and custom made ice like this.

We were thrilled to team up with Magners for a Valentines Day event to create these special message ice blocks. The token discs which could kept as a momento of the evening were also made and laser cut by us ensuring that when you work with The Edinburgh Ice Company, we will be working with you from concept to creation for your ideas, projects and all things ice.

As part of Strangehill’s Elite Training Program for Isreal’s top bartenders on a UK tour, we were asked to provide an ice masterclass in London for them. Our ice masterclasses are a hands on, skills based experience.

These bespoke ice cubes were designed to accompany the single malt whisky at a party to welcome the new managing director into his new role. The blocks were created with the Glenmorangie brand logo and its distinct lines and edges. Brand collaborations are at the heart of what we do and we love working alongside brands to produce something creative and unique.

The Shackleton Whisky is a unique blended malt whisky that has strong ties to ice with the first bottles being found buried in icebergs planted by Ernest Shackleton. The Edinburgh Ice Company and The Shackleton Whisky has a long and ongoing partnership, with us supplying carved Shackleton icebergs for bottle display and perfect 5cm blocks for brand activation throughout the UK over the course of their brand launch.

A tour de force in the Edinburgh International Fringe Festival, Assembly Festivals has launched the careers of and welcomes back already established stars, performers, actors and musicians from the world over. We are absolutely thrilled and terribly excited to work alongside these powerhouses to help supply their ice, fruit, herbs and bar condiments.

The Edinburgh Ice Company is situated in the former Royal Dick Veterinary school which is now an award winning arts venue. We run our ice masterclasses from Summerhall and can tailor them for all levels of expertise, enthusiasm and skill.

This ice masterclass was specially designed to incorporate brand training with Whyte & Mackay for Aberdeen’s top bartenders. We provide unique and tailored ice masterclasses and skills classes to not only bartenders but to anyone that wants to have a go at carving ice and learning about its properties. This works especially well as part of a brand training or tasting session.
