The Royal Scots celebrated Christmas early last year, with their Christmas Comes Early themed bash at The Glencorse Barracks. For this we provided huge ice sculptures to decorate the Officers Mess with set taxidermy of roe deer, horses, bisons and birds. We also provided a metre long ice bottle display chiller for their malts, gins and vodkas.

Our frequent collaborator, friend and partner in crime, we are huge fans of Stu Bale and his Crucible space in London. The first of its kind, Crucible is an experimental cocktail design space and creative hub for those in the drinks and flavour industry. The Edinburgh Ice Co block ice is of course available at his workspace where solid block ice is used in tastings, design, photoshoots and brand activations.
The Experimental bartender world series took place at the Glenfiddich Distillery with a global search to recognise and reward bartenders who aren’t afraid to try something a little different. Mavericks of the industry need the worlds best ice so that is why they used The Edinburgh Ice Company block ice for the finals. The worlds best ice needs a platform of course and what better place than this.
When the big bosses at Bacardi need something done they need it done right and they don’t do things by half. This ultimate punch bowl was hand carved, filled with punch from the boys at Kin then dispensed to the top bartenders from around Scotland in the most fun way. A metre of punch. Line up line up.
A super fun collaboration with Barney’s Beer, we were asked to sculpt and carve some ice steins for visitors to Barney’s new brewery tours at Summerhall. The lucky visitors will get to sample some of Barney’s Beers out of an ice stein and have fun whilst doing so.
Hoshizaki, our trusted partner in the ice world, once again takes centre stage at the UK’s number one and largest foodservice and hospitality event at Hotelympia. This year they really wanted to stand head and shoulders above the crowd so asked us to create four sculptures each a meter high of Hoshizaki ice penguins.
