When President Obama was asked to speak at the EICC for The Hunter Foundation, the event, would be of course, a highlight and seriously special occasion organised by one of Edinburgh’s top event companies. The finest of ingredients and products were used in preparing the bar including Sour Punch Candy 100% pure lime juice and 100% pure lemon juice, seasonal, organic bar fruit and Hoshizaki ice.

We were luckily enough to have the opportunity at Fireside to curate our own ice art installation. Focusing around taxidermy, skulls and antique medical equipment, we showcased the beauty of the obscure and macabre suspended in ice, frozen in time for all to either marvel or recoil at.
We needed something incredibly special for the launch of Fiona Dean’s art & taxidermy exhibition in the Fine Art Gallery, Edinburgh so what else but our luxurious gold leaf ice blocks to accompany her Darwin’s Elixir cocktail provided by the bosses at Mothership HQ. Gold leaf ice and cocktails. Perfection.
We were thrilled to be asked to supply the dry ice for the visual effects at the launch of Scotland’s first electric bus. Dry ice is an incredible way to elevate your drink, event or even unveil something as huge as an electric bus to a 10,000 strong crowd.
Game of Thrones is a thing right? So when there is a themed cocktail competition based around it, what are going to do… The Wall of course. This gnarly piece of ice was hacked at, smashed at and ultimately destroyed to secure the win.
